In an effort to help 6th graders get accustomed to homework in social studies, homework will be assigned on an almost daily basis for the first 2 chapters. Usually 3 times a week in small chunks. As we move further into the school year, homework will come home in a packet and will be assigned by the chapter - due at the end of each chapter.
Below are links to all the homework for Chapter 1 - remember the students will only get one page a day so as not to overwhelm them.
Each activity page has a matching set of 10 questions.
If a student completes 8-10 questions correctly the grade will be 100%.
If a student completes 6-7 questions correctly the grade will be a Valid attempt (V) or 70%.
5 completed questions or less will result in an incomplete grade (I).
